MY WAY
Bliz Gee & Bo Beezy
There is a particular kind of Midwest patience in Bliz Gee’s catalog — the kind built by somebody who has watched eras change without confusing movement for direction. Madison is home, Chicago is part of the musical bloodstream, and the 608 stays stamped on the work.

The next chapter splits the frame: one record leans into confidence and grown-man talk; the other reaches for survival, consequence and reflection.
Slick talk, Midwest posture and the kind of confidence that only works when it sounds lived-in.
A deeper cut built around survival, consequences, reflection and perspective that cannot be manufactured.
Bliz Gee came up in Madison with his ears pointed both outward and south. N.W.A., Ice-T, Eric B. & Rakim and Wu-Tang were part of the early education; the Midwest connection sharpened when Psychodrama, Snypaz, Triple Darkness, Crucial Conflict and Do or Die made regional success feel reachable instead of mythical.
He started stacking mixtape appearances through the mid-to-late 2000s, then began building a catalog under his own name. When It Rains with Psyde FX arrived in 2012, Say Wut... followed in 2013, and a record with Chilla of Snypaz put Bliz inside the same Chicago lineage that had helped shape his ear.
Life interrupted the rollout. A years-long custody fight pulled music to the side, but it did not erase it. When Bliz returned, the story carried more weight: Chi City Cypher Vol. 29 in 2020, collaborations stretching across Wisconsin and Chicago, radio spins, and records that moved between bar work, relationships and social pressure.
The connective tissue is Madison. Bliz does not treat the 608 like a consolation prize beside larger rap cities. The point is the opposite: home can be the base while the work travels.

The history is not being reconstructed from vibes alone. Radio playlists, interviews, streaming catalogs and Madison performance listings leave a public trail.
Official video, performance footage and the visual side of the catalog give Bliz Gee another frame beyond the records. On camera, the same 608 identity that runs through the music stays front and center.
